Abstract: not only the start-up team are used more and more small business startup mode, and large companies senior management are import team decision model, entrepreneurial team entrepreneurship has become the core of the sustainable growth of small firms. Strengthening the relationship between executive level and inter-firm psychological contract can help to inherit entrepreneurial team entrepreneurship, and the breakdown of this psychological contract will lead to the degradation of entrepreneurial team entrepreneurship.

Big company of senior team members may have different from the initial start-up team, senior management team entrepreneurship is not cant be a simple version of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial team, so the initial small business entrepreneurship of entrepreneurial team can be smoothly inheritance for a big companys senior management team entrepreneurship is considered to be the key to achieve sustainable growth businesses. The psychological contract can reflect the nature of some unwritten expectation between individual members and organizations, the commitment of both parties and mutual reciprocity. Between entrepreneurial team members and the company, we think, also there is a certain relationship between psychological contract, and the change of the relationship between psychological contract to other company the functional resume team and ordinary employee behavior and attitude has the demonstration effect and the spillover effects, directly affect the growth speed and development direction of small firms. This paper intends to select the psychological contract Angle of the executive team and explore the inner law of the dynamic evolution of entrepreneurial team entrepreneurship.
