活血汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床视察.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘（CVA ）疗效，为临床治疗CVA提供 新的思路与方法。方法：将符合纳入标准的60例患者随机分为观察组30例，对照组30 例。观察组采用活血汤和普米克都保治疗，对照组采用普米克都保治疗。结果：治疗 前后的病情变化，治疗结束后观察临床疗效、症状的改善情况、症状积分改善、全部 症状消失时间及起效时间对比等方面的结果和统计学分析，有显著性差异、有统计学 意义(p0.05) ；说明观察组的临床疗效优于对照组。结论：活血汤结合西药吸入糖皮 质激素普米克都保（布地奈德粉吸入剂）用于临床治疗CVA，改善或消除症状快、控 制其急性发作、缩短病程、治愈率高、减轻痛苦，效果显著，无明显副作用。 关键词 咳嗽变异性哮喘；活血汤；痰瘀互结；中西医结合 Clinical Observation of Shu Feng Huo Xue Decoction in the Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma Speciality: Chinese Medicine Clinical Respiratory Medicine Professional Author ：Sun guoming Tutor：Professor Zhang Weilu Abstract Object: This study was to investigate integrative Medicine of cough variant asthma (CVA) effective for clinical treatment of CVA to provide new ideas and methods. Conclusion: Shufeng Decoction combined with western medicine inhaled corticosteroid Pulmicort Turbuhaler (budesonide inhalation powder) for the clinical treatment of CVA, improve or eliminate the symptoms quickly, control the acute onset and duration of high cure rate, relieve pain, the effect significantly, no significant side effects.
