益气解毒法对脓毒症瘀毒内阻证免疫调节的临床探究.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：通过观察益气解毒汤对脓毒症瘀毒内阻证患者的临床疗效，及其对血清免 疫学指标的作用，初步探讨益气解毒法治疗脓毒症瘀毒内阻证的作用机制。 方法：将80例脓毒症瘀毒内阻证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各40例。 治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用益气解毒汤，观察两组患者治疗前后的中医症状积 分、APACHEⅡ评分、血清免疫学指标及28天死亡率，比较治疗组和对照组的疗效。 结果：益气解毒汤能有效降低脓毒症瘀毒内阻证患者的中医症状评分、APACHE Ⅱ评分，改善血清免疫学指标，降低患者 28 天死亡率。经统计学分析，治疗组疗效 优于对照组（p＜0.05）。 结论：临床研究证实，益气解毒法可以显著改善患者临床症状，降低 APACHEⅡ 评分、调节免疫应答及患者的免疫功能，对提高脓毒症治疗效果具有一定的参考价值。 关键词 脓毒症；瘀毒内阻证；益气解毒法/益气解毒汤；免疫调节 The Clinical Research of Qi-Boosting and Toxin Resolving Method on immune rugulation against the patients of sepsis with blood stasis and toxin resistance Speciality： Internal medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author ：Yang Dongdong Tutor: Pro.Kong Li Abstract Objective: Through the observation of clinical efficacy of Qi-Boosting and Toxin Resolving Decoction on the patients of sepsis with blood stasis and toxin resistance, and its function on the serum immunological markers, preliminary to explore the mechanism of Qi-Boosting and Toxin Resolving Method in treating patients of sepsis with blood stasis and toxin resistance. Methods: Randomly divide 80 cases of the patients of sepsis with blood stasis and toxin resistance into the treatment group and the control group,40 cases in each group.
