提 要 目的：从文献与临床两方面探讨目与经络之间在生理、病理方面的密切联系，及 经络理论在治疗目病中的指导作用。在此基础上，着重论述足太阳膀胱经在目系疾病 发生及诊治过程中独特作用，为临床诊治目系疾病提供新的思路与方法。 方法： 通过对古今经络的相关理论进行系统的梳理，结合中医眼科临床实践， 论述经络与目在结构上交汇联络规律、对目生理、病理变化的影响及在治疗目病中的 作用。在此基础上，提出眼络的特点，并进一步探讨足太阳膀胱经与目系的密切关系。 结果：目与经络关系极为密切，经络不仅是联络目与脏腑的桥梁，更是其重要组 成部分。目中经络独特的生理、病理特点决定了其在眼科发病学及诊疗中的重要地位。 足太阳膀胱经循行和功能特点，确立了其在目系发病以及治疗中的特殊地位。眼病论 治应在整体审因辨证和局部微观辨证的基础上，重视与目与经络的关系，而目系疾病 尤当重视从足太阳膀胱经入手。 结论：目与经络结构上紧密相连，生理病理密不可分，经脉理论对临床具有重要 的指导作用。中医眼科应在目前研究成果的基础上，通过进一步挖掘，更大限度的发 挥经络理论指导作用。 关键词 经络 目病 目系 联系 Theoretical and Applied Research on the Relationship of Meridian and Eye-and the Treatment Ideas of Governance Eye of the Department of Disease which from the Foot of Bladder Meridian Specialty: Ophthalmology of Traditional Chinese Medicine Student: Su Na Tutor: Prof. Guo Chengwei Abstract Objective: Summary of the characteristics of the current in the meridian through the links to explore the eye and meridians, analysis of the physiology and pathology of the eye and the meridian and described the role of the theory of meridians on the eye disease, and then guide the clinical, proposed new clinic idea.
