经前平颗粒治疗经前期综合征肝气逆证疗效观察及作用机制探讨.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：研究“经前平颗粒”治疗经前期综合征肝气逆证的临床疗效，从调节性激 素角度探讨其作用机制。 方法：筛选 PMS 肝气逆证患者 66 例，采用随机双盲对照方法，给予经前平颗粒/ 安慰剂治疗 2 个月经周期，采用“经前期综合征症状变化打分表”观察症状变化；于 治疗前后采集血样，观察血清中雌二醇（E2 ）、孕酮（P）、泌乳素（PRL）水平变化，采 用SPSS13.0对数据进行统计分析。 结果：治疗后经前平组大多数症状及总分分值明显降低，排卵期及经前期E 、P 2 均显著升高，PRL显著降低（P0.01）；安慰剂组“恶心”及总分分值明显降低（P0.01）， 月经同期 E2 、P、PRL 没有显著性改变；与安慰剂组相比较，经前平组治疗后，烦躁 易怒，乳房胀痛，头痛，小腹胀痛，工作理家能力下降，呕吐及总分分值明显降低 （P0.01），月经同期血清E 、P显著升高，PRL显著降低（P0.01）。 2 结论：经前平颗粒可以明显改善PMS肝气逆证症状，以及血清E 、P、PRL 水平； 2 其作用机理可能是通过纠正性激素的周期性变化失调，改善黄体功能不健，降低血清 PRL水平，调整机体内环境平衡达到的。 关键词 经前期综合征；肝气逆证；经前平颗粒 Therapeutic Effect and Medicative Mechanism of Jingqianping Granule in Treatment of the Liver-qi Invasion of Premenstrual Syndrome Speciality: Basic Theory of TCM Tutor: Qiao Ming-qi Author:Wang Xiao-ru Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic Effect of jingqianping granule in treatment of the liver-qi invasion of PMS.To approach the medicative mechanism of Chinese medicine on PMS.
