经刺法治疗顽固性面瘫60例疗效视察.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：观察经刺法治疗顽固性面瘫的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制，为临床提供有 效的治疗方法。 方法：选取 60 例顽固性面瘫患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，分别给予面神经 功能评价及社会交往评分，对其观察治疗，治疗组给予经刺法，对照组给予传统针刺 法，经 5个疗程治疗后给予评分观察。 结果：治疗组总有效率为 90.00%，对照组总有效率为 73.33%，治疗组优于对照 组（p0.05）。患者在面神经功能评价积分及社会交往评价积分改善上优于对照组 （p0.05)。 结论：经刺法是治疗顽固性面瘫的有效方法之一，依据中医基础理论指导，遵循 益气通络、活血祛瘀治疗原则，使局部治疗与整体治疗相结合，在改善面部症状及患 者的社会交往上有明显的疗效，且安全无不良的作用。 关键词 顽固性面瘫；经刺法；面神经评价；临床研究 Clinical observation on the treatment of 60 cases of intractable facial paralysis by meridian needing Speciality: Acupuncture and Moxibustion Author: Guo Dianzeng Tutor: Professor Ma Qijiang Abstract Objective: Observation on treatment of intractable facial paralysis by meridian needing and explore its action mechanism, as well as the effective management o tackle clinical problems. Methods: We selected 60 cases of intractable facial paralysis patients, divided randomly into treatment group and control group,given the facial nerve function evaluation and social association score.To observe the treatment and the disease on the patients body and mind effects were observed,The treatment group were treated by meridian needing , the control group was given conventional acupuncture, 5 courses of treatment is given by scoring observation. Results: The total effective rate in treatment group is 90%, the control group total effective rate is 73.33%,the treatment group is better than the control group ( P 0.05).Patients with facial nerve function evaluation and social evaluation of integral integral improvement compared to the control group ( P 0.05).
