提 要 目的：为经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路应用双接骨板内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折的疗效提供 真实可靠的临床资料和实验数据支持。 方法：本研究病例来源于2010年3月至 2011年3月期间于山东中医药大学附属 医院骨科病房符合纳入标准的肱骨髁间骨折的住院病人 32 例，均采用经尺骨鹰嘴截 骨入路双接骨板内固定手术治疗，术后积极指导功能锻炼，预防并发症的发生。分别 于术后1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月门诊复查，拍摄X线片观察判断骨折愈合情 况，并检查肘关节功能活动情况，术后12个月应用Mayo肘关节功能评估指数进行肘 关节评分，观察疗效。 结果：32例患者，优16例，良10例，可4例，差2例，优良率为81.25%。 结论：经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路双接骨板内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折术中暴露充分、骨 折固定牢靠、力学性能稳定、并发症少，可早期进行肘关节功能锻炼，利于恢复关节 的功能范围，获得良好疗效。 关键词 肱骨髁间骨折；尺骨鹰嘴截骨；双接骨板；内固定术 Clinical Observation of Dual Plates Via Trans-olecranon Osteotomy Approach In Internal Fixation For Humeral Intercondylar Fracture Speciality：Orthopedics of Chinese Medicine Author ：Ni Hulin Tutor：Professor Bi Rongxiu Abstract Objective ：provide reliable clinical and experimental data for dual plates via trans-olecranon osteotomy approach in internal fixation for humeral intercondylar fracture. Methods ：the 32 cases which meet inclusion criteria of humeral intercondylar fracture,are from patients hospitalized in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from march 2010 to march 2011.The patients were treated with surgery using dual plates via trans-olecranon osteotomy approach in internal fixation Guiding function exercise and preventing the occurrence of complications actively after the surgery.Recheck the functional activities of the elbow and judge the healing of the fracture through X-ray in 1 month ,3 months, 6 months and 12 months.Apply Mayo elbow function evaluation index criteria to observe effect.
