提 要 目的：分析比较孟氏骨折的经皮克氏针尺骨髓内固定和手法复位外固定两种治疗 方法，从而选择一个疗效较好，操作简单且能尽量避免或减少并发症的有效治疗办法， 以提高孟氏骨折的临床疗效。 方法：对符合条件的56例采用经皮克氏针尺骨髓内固定（治疗组）和54例采用手 法复位外固定 （对照组）的孟氏骨折患者的文本病历进行手动资料整理（共计110例）， 分别比较两组骨折愈合时间、整复后（术后、术后一周、术后四周）疗效和总体疗效， 通过SPSS13.0系统软件对结果进行统计分析。 结果：两组骨折愈合时间有显著性差异；两组整复后无显著性差异，1周后和4 周后复位情况有显著性差异；两组总体疗效情况统计学分析，有显著性统计学差异。 结论：1. 经皮克氏针尺骨髓内固定骨性愈合时间比手法复位外固定骨性愈合时 间明显缩短，从而使患者能更早的进行早期功能锻炼。2. 经皮克氏针尺骨髓内固定 效果较好，能起到有效的坚强固定。3. 经皮克氏针尺骨髓内固定总体疗效明显优于 手法复位外固定。经皮克氏针尺骨髓内固定是治疗孟氏骨折一种行之有效的方法。 关键词 孟氏骨折；闭合穿针；随访；回顾性分析 Percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation for the treatment for Monteggia’s fracture Speciality: Orthopaedics of TCM Author:Xu Deke Tutor: Professor Liu Fuqi Abstract Objective: By the analysis and comparison of the Monteggia fracture , using the two treatment methods of the foot of percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation of bone with the reduction and external fixation techniques, we choose a more effective method which has simple operation and can avoid or reduce complications of effective treatment ,so that we can improve clinical effect of the Monteggia fracture.
