提 要 目的：通过文献研究与统计分析相结合的方法，对现代中医文献中有关绝经前后 诸证的内容及治疗绝经前后诸证的方药进行分析研究，从而对其病因病机、治则治法、 用药等进行重新认识。 方法：收集绝经前后诸证现代文献，系统总结其病因病机、辨证分型、治则治法 和方药概况；运用统计学方法，对治疗绝经前后诸证的方剂进行研究，从频数分析、 因子分析、聚类分析等角度分析绝经前后诸证的方药规律特点，并从整体上对该病的 方药证治规律和药物配伍规律进行分析讨论。 结果：频数分析显示，补虚、清热、安神药累计频率达69.37%，是构成治疗绝经 前后诸证方剂的主要药物；因子分析表明，治疗绝经前后诸证的药物以补虚、清热和 安神药为主；在所形成的聚类方中，补虚药与清热药的配伍较多。 结论：根据文献研究和统计分析结果，结合中医理论，提出虚、火、郁为本病的 主要病理改变，调补肾之阴阳为其治疗方法，其中以滋补肾阴为主。 关键词 绝经前后诸证；现代中医文献；方药证治规律；统计学 The Traditional Chinese Medicine Literature Study of the syndromes before and after menopaus in Modern Times SPeciality：Gynecology of Traditional Chinese Medicine Graduate：Wang Guihua Tutor：Prof.Wang Dongmei Abstract Objective ：The thesis analyzes the modern literature of TCM and the prescriptions and herbs treating the syndromes before and after menopaus recorded in them with the means of combining literature research and statistic analysis.
