续断饮治疗糖尿病肾病3～5期血瘀水停肾虛证的临床探究.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：通过临床观察续断饮治疗 DN3～5 期血瘀水停肾虚证的有效性、安全性， 从而为延缓 DN 肾功能不全的进展提供新的思路。方法：采用随机、开放、阳性药物 平行对照的临床研究方法，观察DN3-5期患者60例，分为治疗组与对照组各30例， 两组均采用饮食控制、对症治疗等西医基础治疗，治疗组在此基础上予续断饮加减， 水煎服，日一剂；疗程 8 周。结果：(1)肾功能比较：治疗 8 周后，两组 Scr 均有上 升，Ccr均有下降，但治疗组治疗前后无显著性差异，P均大于0.05；而对照组治疗 前后有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。说明治疗组在稳定肾功能方面优于对照组。(2)糖代 谢比较：治疗组和对照组均可非常显著降低糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖以及餐后两小时 血糖（P0.01），治疗后治疗组较对照组显著降低糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖以及餐后 两小时血糖（P0.01）。说明治疗组在改善糖代谢方面优于对照组。(3)中医证候疗效 比较：治疗后8周两组病人中医证候总积分与治疗前比较均有显著性差异(P0.05)， 且治疗组中医证候总积分明显低于对照组 (P0.05)。(4) 综合疗效比较：在治疗 8 周时，两组病人疗效总积分与治疗前比较均有显著性差异(P0.05)，且治疗组中医证 候总积分明显低于对照组(P0.05)。 结论: 续断饮对DN3-5期血瘀水停肾虚证有良好的治疗作用，能较好的改善患者 的临床症状和体征。 关键词 糖尿病肾病；续断饮；血瘀水停肾虚证 Clinical Study on Xuduanyin for treatment of diabetic nephropathy 3 ~ 5 phase of blood stasis and water diffusion due to kidney deficiency Speciality: Research on the Urinary system treatment with TCM Author: Qianqian Liu Tutor: Prof. Anqin Jiao Abstract Objective: to observe clinical through Xuduanyin for treatment of diabetic nephropathy 3 ~ 5 phase of treatment blood stasis syndrome of water stop kidney empty efficacy, safety, and to delay the progress of DN renal insufficiency provides new ideas.
