维持性血液透患者生存质量量表的初步编制.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：编制具有中医特色能反映维持性血液透析患者生存质量内涵的生存质量量 表。方法：（1）参考世界卫生组织生存质量量表编制模式及国际通用量表的设计原则， 根据中医基本理论，经研究小组讨论形成条目池，再经专家评议修改后，形成临床调 查表。采用临床调查表对 50 例维持性血液透析患者的生存质量状况进行调查。（2） 运用频数分布法、内部一致性分析法、离散趋势法、相关系数法、逐步回归分析法、 专家重要性评价法六种统计分析方法筛选条目构建维持性血液透析患者生存质量量 表初表。结果：（1）最终确定的维持性血液透析患者生存质量量表初表由 20 个条目 构成。（2）初表包含五个维度：分别是生理维度、心理维度、社会关系和环境维度、 透析相关维度、精神维度。结论：维持性血液透析患者生存质量量表初步编制成功， 具有进一步临床验证的价值。 关键词 维持性血液透析 生存质量 量表 The Preliminary Establishment of the QOL Scale for Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients Spaciality:The study of Kidny Diseases.Internal Medicine of TCM Author: Zhou Xing-gang Tutor:Professor Zhang Fa-rong Abstract Objective: To establish the QOL scale for maintenance hemodialysis patients with traditional Chinese medicine ,reflecting the characteristics of quality of life.Methods: (1) Referencing the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale for scale models and the design of internationally accepted principles and according to the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the research team discuss the formation of the entry pool, and then revised by the council of experts to form a clinical questionnaire.
