提 要 目的：通过对老年肺炎中医证型与特种蛋白（C 反应蛋白 CRP 和前白蛋白 PA ） 的相关性研究，探讨老年肺炎中医辨证诊断的客观指标，丰富中医辨证内容。 方法：在中医基础理论指导下，分析老年肺炎患者的特种蛋白在年龄、性别、临 床表现、基础疾病、中医证型等方面的表达差异，为中医辨病辨证提供客观依据。 结果：不同证型的老年肺炎患者，其特种蛋白水平与年龄、性别、临床表现、基 础疾病等因素有关。不同证型患者之间 CRP、PA 值存在差异（P0.05 ）。 结论：老年肺炎患者的特种蛋白水平与其中医证型之间有相关性，特种蛋白可作 为老年肺炎中医辨证分型的客观指标，进而实现老年肺炎中医辨证的客观化、微观化。 关键词 老年肺炎；中医证型；特种蛋白；相关性 The Study for the Correlation between TCM Syndromes Distribution of Elderly Pneumonia and Special Protein Speciality: Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author:Sun Huiyuan Tutor:Professor Chen Xianhai Abstract Objective: By exploring the correlation between different TCM syndrome types of elderly pneumonia and special protein (C reactive protein CRP and prealbumin PA) ，this research seeks for the objective indicator of TCM syndrome types to enrich the content of TCM differentiation. Methods: Analysed the special protein level differences of elderly pneumonia patients with different syndrome types in different ages ，sex，clinical manifestations，basic diseases and TCM syndrome types under the guidance of the TCM basic theory，so as to provide objective evidence for TCM syndromes differentiation. Results:The special protein level of elderly pneumonia patients with different syndrome types is correlated with the age，the sex，clinical manifestations，basic diseases and TCM syndrome types.There are differences in CRP and PA among elderly pneumonia patients with different TCM syndrome types (P0.05). Conclusion:There is a correlation between the special protein level of elderly pneumonia patients and its syndrome types.And special protein can be used as an objective indicator of TCM syndromes differentiation in order to make differentiation objective and microscopic.
