以SWOT 方法分析觀光資源發展之可行性研究 ─以高雄縣茄萣鄉為例 SWOT Analysis Review ： A Case Study of Examining The Feasibility of Tourism Resources Development at Jiading Hsiang, Kaohsiung County 1 2 3 4 李元墩 張偉雄 林子堯 薛淑真 摘要 近年來，國內休閒市場日漸興盛，政府週休二日的實施及觀光資源之發展，使現代人對 休閒遊憩之 需求日益崛起。本研究旨在探討高雄縣茄萣鄉之觀光資源發展與整合的可行性分 析。首先，本研究以相關文獻作一歸納與彙整，並審視其內涵之適切性；爾後，再佐以SWOT 技術探究該區域從事觀光資源開發時所面臨之外部與內部優勢、劣勢、機會及威脅等實質內 涵，進而探析其觀光資源發展與整合所應具備之條件。鑑此，本研究結果不僅對高雄縣茄萣 鄉未來觀光資源整合具其重要性外，亦能評估及分析其觀光永續發展之效能。 關鍵字： SWOT 分析、觀光資源、觀光永續發展 Abstract Recently, it has been booming for leisure markets while the less the work hours of its people are, and the longer the leisure time of its people is. As for meeting the needs and demands of leisure and recreation, the study is aimed to explore the feasible analysis for the tourism resources development and integration at Jiading Hsiang, Kaohsiung County. Firstly, the authors are attempting to induct related literature in order to inspect and examine the appropriateness of the relevant contents. Secondly, we may evaluate the strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat of the tourism resources in this region via SWOT technique so that it ought to be presented the necessary conditions for relevant development and integration. Finally, the implication of the study will be important significantly to its integration and development on the issues of tourism resources; moreover, it would be anticipated to analyze and explore the physical effectiveness for achieving the ideology of sustainable tourism development as well.
