1.0 Purpose/目的 To make sure the course is qualified to the requirement, and the competence of trainees is improved so that to ensure training effectiveness. 确保所提供的培训课程符合需求,明确员工在培训之后能力的提升,从而保证培训有效性。 2.0 Scope/范围 Applies to all training courses related to SKF(Dalian). 适用于与公司相关的所有培训。 3.0 Definition/定义 4.0 Procedure/程序 No. Evaluation Aspect 评估方面 Methods of ensuring the effectiveness 确保有效性的方式 4.1 The effectiveness of the course 确认所提供的培训课程有效 HR dept. should double check with related department when received training needs 人力资源部收到培训需求时,需与相关部门进行核实确认。 HR is responsible for providing proper training resources such as trainer as well as course delivery methods etc. 人力资源部负责提供合适的培训资源,包括培训师以及授课方式的确认等等。 As for external training, HR training officer is responsible for contact with related agency for collecting training project, and 3 external trainers must be compared at least. 对于外部培训,人力资源部培训团队负责联系相应的培训机构,搜集培训方案,并至少访谈三位培训讲师进行比较确认。 4.2 The effectiveness of training delivery 确保培训过程有效 Training venue selection:To make sure the training venue is comfortable and without disturbance. 培训的场所:确保培训的环境舒适,不受打扰。 Training process monitoring:HR training team should monitor the training to make sure the whole process is going smoothly and all trainees must be involved and reach the goal. 培训过程监控:人力资源部培训团队应负责培训过程的监控,确保培训有序地进行,确保学员全程参与并完成培训目标。 4.3 After-course feedback 课程结束后有效性评估 To those external trainers who are invited to factory training or the 1st training delivered by internal trainer, after course, trainees are required to fill out “training evaluation form” to evaluate the course and grade for trainer, training content, delivery method and training administration etc. 对于外聘培训师内训课程或者内部讲师第一次培训,在课程结束后,学员填写“培训有效性评估表”对培训课程进行评估。应对以下方面进行打分:讲师、课程内容、授课方式以及培训的组织等等。 HR training team is responsible for summarizing the training feedback and communicating with related department after course. 人力资源部培训团队负责对学员的反馈报告进行汇总,并与相关部门进行沟通。 4.4 Training effectiveness follow-up 培训有效性跟踪 Training effe
