2008年7月 护 理 管 理 杂 志 Ju1．2008 第8卷7期 Journal of Nursing Administration V01．8 No．7 ·45· 全机器人心脏手术新技术的应用与效果 赵 悦 ，李丽霞 ，吴佳伟 (1．解放军总医院麻醉手术中心，北京 100853；2．解放军第307医院手术室，北京 100071) 摘要：目的 了解机器人手术的方法和特点，提高对新技术开展的认识和手术的配合质量。方法 对50例患者行全机器人不开胸心脏手术， 与同期常规开胸心脏手术50例患者进行比较，对比两组手术出血量、术后引流量、切口大小及术后气管插管时间和 ICU治疗时间。 结果 50例患者均成功接受了全机器人不开胸手术，与常规手术患者相比，手术切口小、气管插管和ICU治疗时间短、术中出血量、术后引流 量明显减少，手术效果满意。结论 机器人的出现将微创技术应用到了复杂的心脏外科手术中，减少了患者的痛苦，缩短了患者的住院时间， 也使手术护士配合方式和管理理念发生了转变。 关键词：机器人；心脏手术；新技术 中图分类号：R472．3 文献标识码：B 文章编号：1671—315X(2008)07—0045—02 The application and effect of new technology of the Total Robotic Cardiac Surgery／ZHAO Yue ．LI Li—xia ．WU Jia—wei ／／Journal of Nurs· ing Administration，一2008，8(7)：45． Abstract：Objective To master the methods and characteristics of the robotic surgery，and to improve the knowledge of new technology and the quality of surgery cooperation．Methods The fifty patients in the experimental group received Total Robotic Cardiac Surgeries．The other fifty patients in the control group received conventional sternotomy cardiac surgery．The data of intra—operative bleeding volume，postoperative drainage volume，the incision size，the extubation time and ICU stay time in the two groups were compared．Results All fifty patients in the experimental group underwent total robotic cardiac surgery successfully．Compared with the control group，the incision size was smaller，the intra～operative bleeding volume and postoperative drainage vol— ume were significantly reduced，the extubation time and ICU stay time were shorter．Conclusion The application of the robot has extended the microinva‘ sive skills to the field of cardiovascular surgery．Meanwhile，it can reduce the suffering of the patients，shorten the hospitalization time，and renovate the co— operation mode and management conception of the nurses． Author’s addre
