The deficiency and improvement of content based motivation theory
Content based motivation theory is the basis and foundation of motivation theory. The application of game theory to analyze the incentive process, points out the deficiency of content motivation theory, put forward to solve the three major problems in the content type incentive strategy: information asymmetry incentive game in reduction, effective compensation and agent agent demand actively stimulate demand.
