Dear Customer : Appreciate you purchase our machine for your company production and wish you with good bussiness on future,for increase your machine working time and under prefect situation to running,this note is for full one month to execute,please see the below: Monthly inspection item: 1.請檢查 主潤滑系統各點及管 是否正常運作? Please check the lubrication system working under normally situation. 2.請檢查各 安全設 施是否 正常哥, 林柱固 定螺母是否 鬆動? Please check the safely installation and the nut for tie bar lock proplerly. 3.請檢查電熱片是否鬆動及接線頭是否 牢固? Please check the heater band and power wire terminal lock properly. 4.請檢查液壓油位準是否足夠 ?不足者請再添加. Please check the hydraulic oil level on the gauge properly,if not enough please supply. 5. 檢查冷卻器管 是否暢通油溫, 應保持在 45度 C. Please check the cooler system working properly without block condition ,and hydraulic oil temperature should be under 45℃. 6.請檢查各高壓油管 接頭是否有 滲油鬆動現象. Please check all of oil pipe and hoses and fitting on machine without leaking condition. 7.請檢查 機器位置是否有移位現象 . Please check machine location have been moving. 8.請檢查後,並處理異狀倘, 無法修護請, 速聯繫各地區 維修安排前往處理. If find any abnormal condition,please kinds to repair first,but if cant solve by yourself.Please contact our local service office to service. 9. 倘在操作過程中遇有任何無法理解的問題請, 和中壢 本廠或就近服 務處 聯繫,我們將為您專案熱誠處理服務!
