彩色多普勒超声在肾移植活体供肾血管检查中应用【摘要】 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声在肾移植术前活体供肾血管检查中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析行彩色多普勒超声检查的46例活体供肾患者的声像图资料，并与CT肾血管显像及手术对比。结果 46例活体供肾中声像图清晰显示肾动静脉主干44例(95.65%)，副肾动脉16例(发生率36.36%)，其中副肾门动脉5例，副肾极动脉11例；肾门前分支18例(发生率(40.90%)，其中主干肾动脉长径1.省略 ? Methods The data of forty?six living donors undergone color Doppler ultrasonography examinated were reviewed and compared with the seeing in kidney transplant surgery and the CT renal vessel angiography. Results 46 cases of live donor kidney sonogram clearly showed the trunk in 44 cases (95.65%)of renal vascular，vice renal artery in 16 cases (incidence 36.36%)，one accessory renal artery in 5 cases the door, deputy renal pole artery in 11 cases,renal front of the branch in 18 cases (incidence rate was 40.90%，in which the renal artery trunk length less than 1.5 cm in 3 cases, 2 patients with advanced renal vein confluence, renal vein trunk length less than 1 cm in 2 cases,left renal vein nutcracker phenomenon in 2 cases.
