火鸟Firebird支架及强生Cypher支架近期效果临床观察【摘要】 目的 对比国产雷帕霉素药物洗脱支架(Firebird)与进口雷帕霉素药物洗脱支架(Cypher)的安全性及近期疗效。方法 选择急性心肌梗死患者136例,分Firebird组78例和Cypher组58例,均按Judkin法行冠状动脉造影后常规经皮冠脉介入治疗置入支架,记录术后6个月随访情况,对比近期临床疗效。结果 显示两组患者均无再次血运重建,无再发心梗及主要不良心血管事件发生。两组随访患者中各出现1例支架内再狭窄发生率分别为1.9%和1.4%(P0.05),Firebird支架内缺血性胸前发作1例,Cypher支架组缺性性胸痛发作2例(P0.05)两组安全性及近期疗效相似。结论 国产Firebird雷帕霉素洗脱支架具有卓越的安全性和良好的近期疗效;Firebird雷帕霉素药物洗脱支架与Cypher雷帕霉素药物洗脱支架的临床近期疗效相似。 【关键词】 心肌梗死; 雷帕霉素; 血管成形术; 支架; 介入 Clinical observation of the short-term effects of Firebird stent and Cypher stent ZHANG Di, SUN Ling, ZHANG Yan-hui, et al.Department of Cardiology, Central Hospital of Fushun, Liaoning Province 113006, China 【Abstract】 Objective To compare the safety and efficacy of domestic rapamycin drug-eluting stent(Firebird) and imports of rapamycin drug-eluting stent(Cypher).Methods 136 patients with acute myocardial infarction were divided into Firebird group(78 patients) and Cypher group(58 patients), all of which were accepted stent implantation through percutaneous coronary intervention after coronary angiography according to Judkin method.The follow-up cases were recorded and recent clinical efficacy were compared.Results The two groups did not show revasculation again and no recurrent myocardial infarction and major adverde cardiovascular events happened.During the follow-up, each group had one patient who had in-stent restenosis and the recurrence rate were 1.9% and 1.4%(P0.05).One patient in Firebird group appeared in-stent ischemic attack of front chest and two patients in Cypher group appeared ischemic thoracodynia(P0.05).The two groups had similar safety and efficacy.Conclusion Domestic Firebird rapamycin drug-eluting stent has excellent safety and good efficacy and it has similar recent clinical efficacy with the Cypher rapamycin drug-eluting stent. 【Key words】 Myocardial infarction; Rapamycin; Angioplasty; Stent; Interventional treatment 作者单位:113006辽宁省抚顺市中心医院心内科 药物洗脱支架因其良好的抗再狭窄疗效而被世界广泛应用[1-2],美国Cypher雷帕霉素药物洗脱
