New century health formula, a bottle of water 2005-1-20, 13:12 PM
In the 90s of last century, the Vitoria declaration first put forward the concept of four cornerstones of health, that is, a reasonable diet, proper exercise, smoking cessation, alcohol restriction and psychological balance. After nearly 10 years of practice, the author found that these four cornerstones still need to be supplemented and developed. For example, sleep is very important, and living law this life bottom line link should not be less; look at the twenty-first Century, the biggest threats to human beings -- common diseases, should also be as opposed to the cornerstone of comprehensive. Therefore, on the basis of this, the author puts forward the health formula in the new century, that is, the level of health = eating reasonable + sleeping soundly + moving sound + mood stable + life rule / bad life habit + living habit disease.
The formula is healthy:
List the five cornerstones of health which are positive effects, which are directly proportional to health;
It also lists the most critical factors of negative effects - bad habits and lifestyle disorders, which are inversely proportional to health.
After nearly two years of popularization and promotion, the number of recipients and beneficiaries has been increasing. Here are some brief explanations for the five cornerstones that are positive. I hope this health formula will become a healthy key for the new century.
1. eat reasonably
Hunger breeds discontentment.
