Abstract：Manypracticalproblems，suchaSthosefrom physics，aerospacescience，ecological
scienceandengineering，need tobedescribedbyfractionaldifferentialequations，
SOitisimportanttostudytheseequationsintheoryandimplement．Inthispaper，
underthePettisintegrabilityaSsumption，wediscusstheexistenceofweaksolution
totheboundaryvalueproblem foraclassofnonlinearfractionaldifferentialinclu—
sioninvolvingnon—separatedboundaryconditions．Thedifferentialoperatoristhe
Caputo derivative，and thenonlinearterm haS weakly sequentially closed graph．
TheanalysisreliesonMonch’Sfixedpointtheorem combinedwith thetechnique
ofmeasuresofweaknoncompactness．Finally，anexampleisgiventoillustratethe
effectivenessoftheproposedmethod．
