南京林业大学 本科毕业论文 题 目： 100T/D短流程办公室废纸脱墨生产线设计 学 院： 轻工科学与工程 专 业： 轻化工程（制浆造纸工艺） 学 号： 070202109 学生姓名： 毛 嘉 指导教师： 秦昀昌 职 称： 教 授 二O一一 年 五 月 三十 日 摘 要 本次毕业设计的名称是：100T/D短流程办公室废纸脱墨生产线设计。 针对办公室油墨特性及杂质种类，采用凝聚脱墨的方式，会形成比重大于1的粒型油墨。这类油墨较适合以筛选和净化设备除去，而且有更高的油墨去除效率。针对这一特性，在短流程高效率的脱墨工艺设计时需要考虑。本课题采用短流程，配套合适的设备，达到高洁净度脱墨浆生产目的，同时达到设备投资低，运行成本低的目的。 分析讨论废纸再循环利用时，所面对的困难。对油墨的种类、主成分、特性进行综合描述及详细说明。对各种脱墨工艺，所使用的设备及流程的优缺点进行比较分析。针对设计课题办公室废纸的油墨特性及常用的脱墨工艺进行归纳总结，并分析以凝聚法聚集油墨后，缩短工艺流程的可行性，再提出本论文的工艺流程规划方案，并依此方案进行设备选型、浆水平衡计算，最后绘制完整的流程图。 Abstract The graduation project is the name: 100T / D short process of office waste paper deinking line design.
