三黄软膏预防浅静脉留置针致机械性静脉炎临床效果[摘要] 目的 探讨应用三黄软膏预防浅静脉留置针致机械性静脉炎的临床效果。 方法 随机将120例四肢骨骨折患者分为试验组60 例、对照组60 例。试验组在静脉留置针注射局部采用三黄软膏外敷，对照组采用50%硫酸镁溶液外敷。比较两组有无静脉炎发生和静脉炎级别及穿刺侧肢疼痛程度。 结果 试验组静脉炎发生率、静脉炎级别明显低于对照组，止痛效果明显优于对照组（P＜0.01）。 结论 静脉留置针注射局部采用三黄软膏外敷能有效控制静脉炎发生，提高临床护理质量。 [关键词] 三黄软膏；中药外敷；静脉炎 [中图分类号]R543.6 [文献标识码] B [文章编号]1673-9701（2011）19-115-02 Effect of Sanhuang Ointment External Application to Prevent Phlebitis Induced by Venous Catheter SHI JianqinZHU HangYU XiaYANG Hejie Bone Traumatology Department,Hangzhou City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Hangzhou 310007,China [Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of Sanhuang ointment external application to prevent phlebitis induced by venous catheter. Methods One hundred and twenty patients were divided into experimental group (n=60) and control group (n=60). The patients in the experimental group were treated with Sanhuang ointment external in the position where venous catheter were injected, while those in control group were subjected to 50% adlerika ointment external. The incidence and level of phlebitis, the degree of pain were compared between two groups. Results The incidence and level of phlebitis in the experimental group was sigaificantly lower than that in the control group（P＜0.01）. The analgesia effect in the experimental group was sigaificantly remarkable than that in the control group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Application of Sanhuang ointment external has satisfactory predictive ability so as to reduce the incidence of phlebitis induced by venous catheter and improve the quality of clinical nursing. [Key words] Sanhuang ointment; External Application；Pphlebitis； 静脉留置针由于管套柔软、在静脉内留置时间长已广泛应用于临床，但在使用过程中易引起并发症，静脉炎是静脉留置针使用期主要的并发症之一[1]。所以在不影响输液速度的情况下应尽量选择较小的留置针，以减少对血管内壁的机械性刺激[2]。近年来，随着静脉留置针的普及，静脉炎的发生率也相对增加。我院于2009年3月～2010年3月对120例患者采用局部三黄软膏外敷，预防静脉炎并延长静脉留置管时间，取得满意效果，现报道如下。 1资料与方法 1.1临床资料 2009年3月～2010年3月，对我科收治的120例骨折患者进行临床研究。其中男68例，女52 例，年龄45～82岁,平均71.6岁。疾病种类：桡骨远端骨折30例，肱骨近段骨折15例，锁骨骨折20 例，髌骨骨折20例，双踝骨
