丙型肝炎患者甲状腺激素变化临床意义[摘要]目的 探讨丙型肝炎不同病程患者组甲状腺激素水平变化的临床意义。 方法 采用化学发光分析法检测100例丙型肝炎不同病程患者，其中急性肝炎35例 ，慢性肝炎 30例 ，肝硬化 23例，重症肝炎 12例及32例健康体检者血清甲状腺激素[三碘甲状腺原氨酸（T3）、甲状腺素（T4）、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT3）、游离甲状腺素（FT4）、 血清促甲状腺激素（TSH）]的含量，并进行统计分析。 结果慢性肝炎组、肝硬化组和重症肝炎组T3、FT3、FT4、TSH水平均低于对照组；肝硬化组和重症肝炎组T3、FT3水平均明显低于慢性肝炎组（P＜0.01）；急性肝炎组T3水平明显高于对照组（P ＜0.01），而T4水平均明显低于对照组（P＜0.01）；不同病程丙肝患者血清甲状腺激素变化不尽相同。 结论 丙肝患者体内存在不同程度的甲状腺激素水平紊乱，测定血清甲状腺素水平的变化对患者的病情及愈后有一定临床意义。 [关键词] 甲状腺激素；丙型肝炎；血清 [中图分类号]R512.6+3[文献标识码] B[文章编号]1673-9701（2011）20-113-02 The Clinical Significance of the Changes of Serum ThyroidHormone in Patients with Hepatitis C WANGZhenni Department of Laboratory，MawangduiHospital inHunan Province ，Changsha 410016，China [Abstract] ObjectiveTo explore the clinical significance of the changes of serum thyroid hormone in patients with hepatitis C . MethodsThe serum thyroid hormone the triiodothyronine（T3） ，thyroxine （T4），free triiodothyronine（FT3） ，free thyroxine （FT4） and thyroid stimulating hormone （TSH） of 100 patientswith hepatitis C（35 cases of acute hepatitis C， 30 cases of chroni hepatitis C， 23 cases of liver cirrosis， 12 cases offulminating hepatitis） and 30 cases of healthy controls were measuredby chemiluminescence analysis，and were statistical analysis. ResultsThe serum T3、FT3、FT4、TSH of the chronic hepatitis C group， the liver cirrosis group and the offulminating hepatitisgroup lower than those healthy control group，the serum T3、FT3 of the liver cirrosis group and the offulminating hepatitis C group lower than those the chronic hepatitis C group，the serum T3 of the acute hepatitis C were significantly higher than those healthy control group ，and the serum T3 were significantly lower ；the serum thyroid hormone in patients with various hepatitis C were different.
