中西医结合治疗急性阑尾炎30例[摘要] 目的 观察在基层及社区医院中对急性阑尾炎患者实施中西医结合治疗的临床效果。方法 对30例经辅助检查确诊,因故不能进行急诊手术治疗的急性阑尾炎患者,在密切观察临床转归的情况下尽早联合使用2～3种有效抗生素静脉滴注,同时内服外敷中药加针灸治疗。结果 治愈、好转病例中腹痛多在当天减轻,4d内基本缓解。27例经复查B超正常,治愈率为90%,有效率为93.33%。与单纯中医或西医治疗效果比较,该疗法疗效显著。结论 中西医结合治疗早期急性阑尾炎是一种积极、稳妥、有效的方法。 [关键词] 急性阑尾炎; 中西医结合治疗; 疗效 [中图分类号] R574.61 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701(2009)27-53-02 Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine for Acute Appendicitis:A Report of 30 Cases LIAO Zhiwen1 LIAO Jilin2 1.Zijin County Maternal and Child Healthcare Hospital,Zijin 517400,China;2.Longgang Central Hospital,Shenzhen 518116,China [Abstract] ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic effects of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for acute appendicitis in grass-roots or community hospitals. MethodsA total of 30 patients were examined and diagnosed as acute appendicitis,and didn’t fit to operate at that time due to a variety of reasons. Antibiotics were administered intravenously(iv,gtt) for 7 days and at the same time,traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion were performed in these patients. ResultsAbdominal pain in cured or improved patients was alleviated in the first day of treatment,and was fundamentally relieved in 1～4 days. Twenty-seven patients were confirmed normal by ultrasound examination after treatment. The cure rate averaged 90%,and effective rate was 93.33%. The result achieved by this combination method was better than that by traditional Chinese medicine or Western medicine alone. ConclusionThe combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is a promising and effective regime in the treatment of acute appendicitis.
