健康教育对系统性红斑狼疮患者治疗依从性及生活质量影响[摘要] 目的 观察健康教育对系统性红斑狼疮患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2008年5月～2010年5月来我院就诊的系统性红斑狼疮患者92例，随机分为对照组和观察组各46例。对照组患者仅采取常规的药物治疗和传统的卫生宣教，观察组在此基础上采取系统性的健康教育，评价其对两组患者的疾病相关知识知晓率、服药依从性及生活质量的影响。结果 观察组患者健康教育后疾病相关知识知晓率、服药依从性及生活质量明显优于健康教育前，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05），与对照组健康教育后比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 健康教育能够显著提高系统性红斑狼疮患者的治疗依从性及生活质量。 [关键词] 健康教育；系统性红斑狼疮；依从性；生活质量 [中图分类号] R473.5 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）25-142-02 Study on the Influence of Health Education on Treatment Compliance and Living Quality of Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus ZHU Huifen Department of Dermatology, Hangzhou First People’s Hospital in Zhejiang Province, Hangzhou 310006, China [Abstract] Objective To observe the influence of health education on treatment compliance and living quality of patients with systemic lupus erythermatosus. Methods Ninty two patients with systemic lupus erythermatosus selected from May 2008 to May 2010 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (n=46) and observation group (n=46). Patients in the control group were treated with regular medicine therapy and conventional hygiene education; Based on this, patients in the observation group were treated with systematic health education. The influence of awareness rate of the related knowledge, treatment compliance and living quality of patients were evaluated. Results The awareness rate of the related knowledge, treatment compliance and living quality of patients in the observation group after received the health education were much better than before the health education, and there was statistical significance（P＜0.05）; There was also statistical significance compared with control group after health education (P＜0.05). Conclusion Health education could significantly improve the treatment compliance and quality of life in patients with systemic lupus erythermatosus.
