复方苦参注射液联合常规灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效对比观察[摘要] 目的 探讨复方苦参注射液联合常规灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法 选择2009年1月～2011年2月就诊的轻、中度活动期远段UC患者32例，随机分为治疗组17例，复方苦参注射液20mL加入生理盐水250mL中，静脉滴入，每日一次，联合甲硝唑0.4g+地塞米松10mg+生理盐水100mL混合摇匀，每晚睡前保留灌肠，10d为一个疗程；对照组15例仅使用常规保留灌肠法。结果 治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为88.2%和64.3%，两组有明显差异（P＜0.01）。结论 复方苦参注射液联合常规灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效确切，建议进一步了解此药的作用机制，做临床长期效果观察。 [关键词] 复方苦参注射液；溃疡性结肠炎；免疫调节 [中图分类号] R574.62[文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）20-77-02 Clinical Study of Complex Lightyellow Sophora Root Injections with Routine Enema for Ulcerative Colitis TIAN Jiang1LI Dan1GE Liang1CHENG Wei1XU Yongjian 2 1.Department of Gastroenterology，the Shihezi City People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region，Shihezi 832000，China；2.The Shihezi Center for Disease Prevention and Control，Shihezi 832000，China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical significance of complex lightyellow sophora root injection combined with conventional enema for ulcerative colitis. Methods 32 patients were randomized to treatment group in17 cases，the complex lightyellow sophora root injection in 20mL was added to 250mL normal saline，the intravenous infusion，once a day，and combined with metronidazole 0.4g + dexamethasone 10mg + NS 100mL were mixed， The retention enema before sleep was a course of treatment for 10 days，the control group in 15 cases were only used conventional retention enema. Results The total effective rateof the treatment group and control group were discerned 88.2% and 64.3%，with significantly different（P＜0.01）. Conclusion Combine complex lightyellow sophora root injections with routine enema for ulcerative colitis were surely therapeutic effect，it is recommended to further understand the mechanism of the drug，the long-term effects of clinical was observed. [Key words] Complex lightyellow sophora root injection；Ulcerative colitis；Immunological regulation 溃疡性结肠炎（ulcerative colitis，UC）的病因和发病机制目前仍不清楚，可能与免疫、遗传、感染及精神因素有关，在欧美国家发病率一直较高[1]。近年来由于生活习惯的改变和对本病的认识、诊断技术的提高，我国发病率也呈上升趋势，最常用的治疗方法是水杨酸类（ASA）和糖皮质激素口服，这
