外固定支架在急诊骨盆骨折治疗中临床探究[摘要] 目的：观察外固定支架在骨盆骨折急诊救治中应用的疗效。方法：将88例不稳定型骨盆骨折患者随机分为治疗组（外固定支架固定法）和对照组（骨盆兜固定法）。对两组患者的休克率、死亡率、心率、血压、出血量进行比较。结果：治疗组休克率和死亡率均显著低于对照组（χ2=4.14,P=0.042; χ2=4.06,P=0.044）；两组治疗后治疗组失血量显著低于对照组（t=17.19,P=0.000）。结论：外固定支架固定法在骨盆骨折的急诊治疗中操作简单，固定可靠，损伤小，可有效减小骨盆容积，控制出血，有利于复苏及合并伤的进一步诊断处理。 [关键词] 骨盆骨折；外固定支架 [中图分类号] R683 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1673-7210（2008）05（b）-040-02 Clinical research of external fixator applied on emergency patient with pelvis fracture WU Wei （Department of Orthopaedics of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Lianyuan, Lianyuan417100,China） [Abstract] Objective: To observe the curative effect of external fixator which is applied in the emergency treatment of the patients with pelvis fracture. Methods: We selected 88 scapulohumeral periarthritis patients as testing objects，who were divided into two groups at half random. We set the numbers by sequence and the ones who got odd number were set to be the treatment group and treated with external fixaor.The ones who got even number were set to be control group and treated with the pelvis bag. We quantified the quantity of the bleeding，shock rate，death rate，heart rate and blood pressure. Results:The treatment group and matched controls had obvious discrepancy in the shock rate and the death rate(χ2=4.14,P=0.042; χ2=4.06,P=0.044). After the treatment, the amount of bleeding in the treatment group was significantly lower than those in control group（t=17.19,P=0.000）.Conclusion: External fixator used in the emergency treatment of the pelvis fracture has lots of advantages:simple operation, fix credibility, hurt lightly. Operating can reduce the pelvis capacity,control issue of blood effectively and be advantageous to the recovery and merge the further diagnosis of the wound processing.
