妊娠期糖尿病患者心理健康状况调查探究[摘要] 目的 探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者的心理健康状况。方法 选取来我院进行产前检查的妊娠期糖尿病患者135例作为研究组，同期在我院体检的健康孕妇135例作为对照组，焦虑评定采用状态-特质焦虑问卷和焦虑自评量表，抑郁的评定采用抑郁自评量表。结果 妊娠糖尿病组焦虑、抑郁得分均较高，但两组焦虑得分差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；低特质焦虑组和高特质焦虑组糖化血红蛋白差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；对妊娠糖尿病患者心理状态影响最大的因素为缺乏糖尿病相关知识。结论 妊娠糖尿病患者有明显的焦虑症状，高特质性焦虑在妊娠糖尿病患者的糖代谢控制中起着较为重要的作用，应该给予心理干预及健康教育相结合的综合治疗。 [关键词] 妊娠期糖尿病；心理健康状态；焦虑；抑郁 [中图分类号] R714.25[文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）27-08-02 Investigation and Research on Mental Health Conditions of Patients with Pregnancy Complicated with Diabetes NI Hongxia Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics，2nd People’s Hospital of Tongxiang City in Zhejiang Province，Tongxiang 314511，China [Abstract] Objective To study mental health conditions of patients with pregnancy complicated with diabetes. Methods The research group included 135 patients with pregnancy complicated with diabetes selected in our hospital and control group included 135 healthy pregnancies. Anxious evaluated by state-trait anxiety inventory and Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）. Depression evaluated by Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS）. Results Anxious score and depression score were higher in the research group，but there was significant difference in the anxious score between two groups（P＜0.05），there was significant difference in HbA1c between low trait anxiety and high trait anxiety（P＜0.05）. The most important factor influencing the mental conditions of patients with pregnancy complicated with diabetes was lack knowledge aboutdiabetes. Conclusion Patients with pregnancy complicated with diabetes are obviously anxious，trait anxiety maybe play an important role in the sugar metabolism control of patients with pregnancy complicated with diabetes，we should give them comprehensive treatment conclude psychological intervention and health education.
