我院住院药房2009~2010年免疫增强剂用药分析[摘要] 目的 分析我院免疫增强剂销售金额、用药构成比以及DDDs排序，了解用药现状，为临床治疗提供参考。 方法 对我院住院药房2009~2010年免疫增强剂销售金额、用药构成比以及DDDs排序进行统计比较分析。 结果 我院免疫增强剂的用药金额呈逐年上升趋势，从用药构成比及DDDs排序来看，胸腺肽制剂居第1位，2009~2010年DDDs排序无明显变化。 结论 我院免疫增强剂销售金额增长稳定，胸腺肽制剂居第1位，是免疫增强剂的用药主体，免疫增强剂用药基本合理。 [关键词] 免疫增强剂；销售金额；构成比；DDDs排序；用药现状 [中图分类号] R73 [文献标识码] C [文章编号] 1673-7210（2012）01（b）-126-02 Analysis of immunopotentiator application in pharmacy department of our hospital from 2009 to 2010 CHEN Shiling WANG Juanjuan ZHANG Qinyong Department of Pharmacy, the Third Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical College Cancer Hospital of Yunnan Province, Kunming 650118, China [Abstract] Objective To analyze the sales amounts, drug constituent ratio and DDDs sort of immunopotentiator, understand the present situation of drug application, in order to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods The sales amounts, drug constituent ratio and DDDs sort of immunopotentiator in pharmacy department of our hospital from 2009 to 2010 were compared and analyzed. Results The sales amounts of immunopotentiator drug in our hospital increased year by year, the drug constituent ratio and DDDs sort of thymosin preparation were taken the first place. DDDs sort had no significant change from 2009 to 2010. Conclusion The sales amounts of immunopotentiator increases steadily in our hospital, thymosin preparation is taken the first place, which is the main subject of immunopotentiator drug application. The application of immunopotentiator in our hospital is reasonable basically. [Key words] Immunopotentiator; Sales amounts; Constituent ratio; DDDs sort; Current situation of drug application 如今肿瘤的发生已经成为一种慢性常见病、多发病，肿瘤的治疗任重道远。在肿瘤综合治疗中，生物治疗越来越受到重视，并逐渐成为最令人瞩目的焦点。生物化疗是生物治疗和化学治疗联合应用于恶性肿瘤治疗的全新综合治疗模式，是根据肿瘤的病理类型、临床分期、发生部位和发展趋势，结合患者的全身情况和分子生物学行为，有计划地联合应用化疗药物和生物制剂进行治疗，以取得最好的治疗效果，达到最大限度地改善患者生存质量的目的[1]。免疫增强剂是一类重要的生物化疗药物，在肿瘤的治疗过程中使用免疫增强剂，可以增强机体的免疫能力，保护化疗和放疗过程中受损的骨髓细胞和免疫细胞[2]。近年来临床医生对免疫增强剂的应用正日益增加，因此，笔者对我院2009~2010年免疫增强剂用药金额、用药构成比以
