手术配合血府逐瘀汤治疗肋骨骨折疗效探究[摘要] 目的 探讨手术配合血府逐瘀汤治疗肋骨骨折的临床效果。方法 将52例肋骨骨折患者分为两组，对照组采用单纯的手术治疗，治疗组在手术治疗的基础上服用血府逐瘀汤进行治疗。结果 治疗组的有效率高于对照组，并且住院时间、疼痛时间及康复时间均明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01），两组住院费用无明显的统计学意义（P＞0.05），VC max，FEV1（L），FVC（L），FEV1/FVC，MMEF，MMEF，PEF治疗组水平明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论 手术配合血府逐瘀汤治疗肋骨骨折临床效果明显，可以有效减少肋骨骨折对远期肺功能的影响，并且不过多增加患者的经济负担，值得临床广泛推广应用。 [关键词] 肋骨骨折；手术；血府逐瘀汤 [中图分类号] R683.1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）31-33-02 The Effect of Operation Combined with Chinese Medicine Xuefuzhuyu Decoction in Treatment of Rib Fractures JANG Yuewu WU Guozheng GUO Liang Department of Orthopedics,the People?s Hospital of Jiangshan City in Zhejiang Province, Jiangshan 324100, China [Abstract] Objective To explore the operation combined with Xuefuzhuyu Decoction in the treatment of rib fractures. Methods Fifty-two cases of rib fractures patients were divided into two groups according to the request with the family, the control group using a simple of operation therapy, group therapy in operation treatment based on increase of Xuefuzhuyu decoction for treatment. Results The efficiency of the treatment group higher than that of the control group, and the time of hospitalization time, pain, and recovery time were significantly less than that the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.01）, hospitalization expenses of two groups were not significant（P＞0.05）VC max, FEV1 ( L ), FVC ( L ), FEV1 / FVC, MMEF, MMEF, PEF treatment group was significantly higher than control group, there was significant difference is statistically significant （P＜0.05）. Conclusion Operation combined with Xuefuzhuyu decoction in the treatment of rib fractures clinical effect, can effectively reduce rib fractures on the long-term effects of lung function，and adding much the economic burden of the patients, and wide application in clinic.
