糖尿病患者血清中IL-18及IL-12变化[摘要] 目的 探讨糖尿病患者血清IL-18和IL-12水平的变化。方法 选取30名健康志愿者、23名1型糖尿病患者和26名2型糖尿病患者，应用IL-18和IL-12特异的酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）分别测定观察对象血清中IL-18和IL-12的含量。结果 1型糖尿病组血清IL-18和IL-12水平高于正常对照组，其差异有统计学意义；2型糖尿病组血清IL-18水平高于正常对照组，差异有统计学意义；1型糖尿病组血清IL-18和IL-12水平有相关性。结论 IL-18和IL-12参与了1型糖尿病的发病，并在发病过程中两者起了协同作用；IL-18可能参与了2型糖尿病的发病。 [关键词] 1型糖尿病；2型糖尿病；白细胞介素-18；白细胞介素-12 [中图分类号] R5871.1[文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701（2009）12-34-02 Nterleukin-18 and Nterleukin-12 in Related with Diabetes MEllitus XU Ruiyan1DONG Yeguang2 1.Binzhou Vocational College，Shandong 256600；2.The Hospital Affiliated to Taishan Medical College，Shandong 271000 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the expression of interleukin-18 and interleukin-12 in patients with diabetes mellitus（DM）. Methods Plasma level of IL-18 and IL-12 we evaluated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） respectively 30 healthy volunteers and 23 patients with type 1 diabetes and 26 patients with type 2 diabetes. Results Plasma level of IL-18 and IL-12 in patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus were significantly higher than that healthy control. Plasma level of IL-18 in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was higher compared with the control. In addition，bivariate correlation showed that the levels of plasma IL-18 were correlate with the levels of plasma IL-12. Conclusion IL-18 acts in synergy with IL-12 may involve in the pathogenesis of type 1 diabetes mellitus and promote the development of type 1 diabetes mellitus. IL-18 may play a role in type 2 diabetes mellitus.
