舒血宁注射液对COPD患者血液HMGB1及血清C反应蛋白含量影响【摘要】目的：观察舒血宁注射液对COPD患者血液高迁移率族蛋白B1（high mobility group protein box-1，HMGB1）水平、血清脂质过氧化反应程度及C反应蛋白(Creactive protein，CRP)含量的影响。方法：将23例COPD患者随机分为对照组11例和治疗组12例，对照组给予COPD常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上给予舒血宁注射液20 ml稀释后静脉注射，每天1次，共21天，另选10例正常志愿者为正常组。观察治疗前后患者肺功能变化，免疫印迹法（WB）、酶联免疫吸附法和比色法检测外周血液HMGB1、血清CRP含量、超氧化物歧化酶（superoxide dismutase，SOD）活性、丙二醛(malondialdehyde，MDA)含量。结果：治疗组肺功能较治疗前有显著改善，较对照组明显改善，治疗组患者血液HMGB1及CRP水平较对照组显著降低，血清脂质过氧化水平显著降低。结论：舒血宁注射液可改善COPD患者肺通气功能，降低血液HMGB1水平及血清CRP和脂质过氧化水平。 【关键词】舒血宁；慢性阻塞性肺疾病；高迁移率族蛋白B1；C反应蛋白；脂质过氧化 文章编号：1009-5519（2008）01-0017-03 中图分类号：R5 文献标识码：A Effect of shuxuening parenteral solution on the changes of HMGB1 and C response protein in the blood of COPD patients LI Ying1，Dai Xiao-tian2 （1.Department of Internal Medicine Ⅱ，Chinese Medicine Hospital of Pixian，Sichuan 611730，China；2.Department of Respiratory，Southwest Hospital，The Third Military Medical University，Chongqing 400038，China） 【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the effect of shuxuening parenteral solution on the changes of HMGB1 and C response protein and lipid peroxidation in the blood of COPD patients.
