Guangdong Shengyi Sci Tech Co , LTD, Dongguan 523039, China Abstract: Two component acrylate polyureathane water borne wood coating grafted by organic silicon was prepared.Effects of kinds of organic silicone, acid value, hydroxyl content, neutralization degree, and glass transition temperature on the ap pearance,viscosity,water solubility, consistency with curing agent, and film performance were studied.The optimal conditions were concluded as follows:hydrolytic hindering silicon is the suitable organic silicon monomer, acid value 35 50 mgKOH/ g, hydroxy content about 3.5% , neutralization degree about 85% , and glass transition temperature 0 15 .
