Methods: A total of 336 undergraduate nursing students were investigated using Dundee Ready Education Environment Measure (DREEM) and Humanistic Caring Ability Scale for Nursing Undergraduates. Results: The mean scores of education environment and students humanistic caring ability were 132.16±18.06 and 3.62±0.64, respectively. The two variables were positively correlated (r=0.323, P0.01). Conclusion: Nursing education environment and nursing students humanistic caring ability are closely related.Nursing educators should pay more attention to improve the educational environment and then to enhance nursing students humanistic caring ability.
