From the cultural point of view, the Han nationality is a direction of the mainstream. In fact, the Han cultural had absorbed some characteristics of their culture too while assimilating other nationalities. So this made its composition more diversified, its foundation is wider. But in different periods, the speed that the nationality merges is different. The direction that the nationality merged is different to some extent too. Even produced the violent conflict during the course. All these had a very great impact on development of literature. This made it demonstrate some special kinds of looked too. The paper narrate the Northern Wei Dynasty and the  Country period background which the nationality merges of intersection roughly first. Then we discuss the influence that the attitude and policy of the person in the Northern Dynasty power merge to the nationality, and the turn in the nationality merges course, and its influence to literature development.
