基于CCD的动态光电测角仪的设计与实现

摘要：本文介绍的动态光电测角仪采用CCD电子技术为核心，CCD器件不但具有体积小、重量轻、功耗小等
优点，而且具有分辨率高、动态范围大、灵敏度高、实时传输快、自动扫描等方面的优越性。通过光、机、
电的有机结合实现被测设备方位角度的实时动态监测，解决了动态条件下高精度角度测量问题。本文从方案
原理到精度分析做了全面介绍。该产品性能稳定可靠，满足设计指标要求。
