Abstract: As the role of IC is important more and more in the whole world, so IC key equipment have
been the focus of strategy during the IC development. This paper put forward the development policy of
IC key equipment by analyzing the market disparity between domestic and abroad, In order to reduce the
disparity between domestic and abroad step by step and make the breakthrough a reality of domestic IC
key equipment manufacture technology.
