安宝联合硫酸镁治疗早产胎膜早破临床观察[摘要] 目的 探讨安宝联合硫酸镁治疗早产胎膜早破（preterm premature rupture of membranes，PPROM）的疗效和安全性。 方法 选取2009年2月～2011年2月我院收治的PPROM孕妇105例，按随机数字表法分为联合组、硫酸镁组和安宝组。观察宫缩抑制时间、治疗时间、孕龄延长时间、不良反应及临床疗效。 结果 联合组总有效率显著高于硫酸镁组（P ＜ 0.05），安宝组与联合组、硫酸镁组比较差异均无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）；硫酸镁组宫缩抑制时间、治疗时间、孕龄延长时间均显著差于安宝组和联合组（P ＜ 0.05），安宝组和联合组比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）；安宝组不良反应显著多于硫酸镁组和联合组（P ＜ 0.05），硫酸镁组和联合组比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）。 结论 安宝联合硫酸镁治疗PPROM能显著提高疗效，且起效快，不良反应少。 [关键词] 安宝；硫酸镁；早产胎膜早破 [中图分类号] R722 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2012）07（b）-0067-02 Clinical observation of Amber combined with Magnesium Sulfate in the treatment of preterm premature rupture of membranes RAN Yueman Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the People’s Hospital of Dazu District in Chongqing City, Chongqing 402360, China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Amber combined with Magnesium Sulfate in the treatment of preterm premature rupture of membranes (PPROM).
