基于PLC的颜色辨别正品分拣系统控制 ——硬件系统设计 摘 要：颜色传感器的出现使辨别物体的颜色更便捷，使生产线能根据工件的颜色进行分拣，大大提高了工业自动化。在以前生产线上采用人工分拣有颜色的工件，自动化程度低，效率低，已经不能适应工业生产需要了。而本设计选用的TCS230颜色传感器因具备精度高、编程简单以及输出数字化等优点，使本系统的颜色辨别结构使用更加方便。 本次设计采用可编程控制器能够对信号的采集、处理、输出的一系列集中控制，使系统可以安全可靠运行。实现了传感器和变频器和三相减速电机和推杆电机等硬件配合控制，实现了传送带自动减速，工件颜色的辨别，工件的次品分拣等功能。PLC和变频器和三相减速电机的配合使用使传送带运行的速度更加平稳，调速方便，而三相减速电机能提供大转矩，使传送带带载增强。 PLC作为本次系统控制核心，使使用更加灵活、简单，且抗干扰能力强，使系统运行更为可靠，为本次设计提供了安全可靠的硬件环境。 关键词：PLC；颜色辨别；分拣；变频器；三相减速电机 Abstract：Color sensor to determine the color of objects more convenient, the production line can be sorted according to the color, greatly improving the industrial automation.
