多层螺旋CT在泌尿系梗阻疾病中诊断价值探究[摘要] 目的 探讨多层螺旋CT对泌尿系梗阻疾病的诊断价值，了解非增强CT、增强CT在临床诊断中的优势及后 处理技术特点。 方法 收集经手术及临床证实且术前有完整的多层螺旋CT及B超、静脉肾盂造影（IVP）检查的，临床怀疑有泌尿系统梗阻性疾病的病例72例。 结果 CT的诊断效果最好，其诊断符合率明显高于B超及IVP检查（P 0.05）；非增强CT的定性诊断、定位诊断复合率均明显高于B超、IVP（P 0.05）；曲面重建和多平面重建准确率均为80.5％，高于容积重建（61.1％）和最大密度投影（55.6％）（P 0.05）。 结论 多层螺旋CT比以往传统的影像学检查方法的诊断更符合手术的结果，说明多层螺旋CT在诊断泌尿系梗阻性疾病存在优势。 [关键字] 多层螺旋CT；非增强CT；泌尿系梗阻；B超；静脉肾盂造影 [中图分类号] R445.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2012）07（c）-0143-03 Diagnostic value research on multi-slice spiral CT to use in the disease of urinary tract obstruction diseases GAO Zhiyong YANG Ke LI Qingdong LIAO Zhi Department of Urology, People’s Hospital of Hunan Province, Changsha 410005, China [Abstract] Objective To explore the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT in urinary tract obstruction diseases, and learn the superiority and after-finishing technical characteristics of non-enhanced CT and CTU. Methods Collected 72 cases of urinary tract obstruction diseases through multi-slice spiral CT and Ultrasound,Intravenous pyelography. Results CT had the best diagnostic effect, as its′ diagnose accordance rate was much higher than ultrasound and intravenous pyelography (P 0.05). The diagnose accordance rate in qualitation and naiveau diagnosis of non-enhanced CT were much higher than ultrasound and intravenous pyelography (P 0.05). The accurate rate in toroidal and multiplanar reconstruction were both 80.5%, higher than in volume reconstruction (61.1%) and maximum intensity projection (55.6%) (P 0.05). Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT has a better diagnostic effect than traditional imageology inspection which indicates that multi-slice spiral CT exists superiority of diagnosing urinary tract obstruction diseases.
