Of fundamental importance for resource and environment problems of the Chinese nation survival and long-term development, to solve Chinas population growth, economic development and social contradictions of limited resources, is the fundamental way to change the mode of economic growth, vigorously promote the progress and innovation of science and technology of land and resources, and constantly improve the public to conserve resources and protect the resources of scientific literacy, accelerate the construction of resource-saving society. The universal 1.2 science and technology is an important part of the national science popularization, is an important aspect of the cause of land and resources, for the conservation and protection of land resources in our country plays a basic role. The level of resource utilization and resource awareness is an important symbol of a state of social development and civilization. Only by constantly improving our resources to protect the scientific level and resource utilization efficiency, and make scientific, civilized, advanced resources utilization and protection behavior has become the common action of the whole society, to co-ordinate the ha
