第5 期电子学报 Vol. 34 No. 5 2006 年5 月 ACTA ELECTRONICA SINICA May 2006 压电变压器在冷阴极管驱动器中的应用研究黄以华，杨智，陈挚睿，宋军江（中山大学电子与通信工程系，广东广州510275 ）摘要：电磁式变压器用于冷阴极管驱动器时易被击穿，电磁干扰严重，功率损耗较大，难以使驱动器实现平面化和轻量化. 利用压电变压器替代电磁式变压器，并合理选择及设计半桥型逆变器作为压电变压器的输入级、LC 电路作为输出级电路，并采用频率跟踪技术控制压电变压器的工作频率，则可以使冷阴极管驱动器的整体性能得到大幅提高. 关键词：压电变压器；冷阴极管；软开关中图分类号： TN722. 1 文献标识码： A 文章编号： 0372-2112 （2006 ）05-0800-04 The Research on the Application of the Piezoelectric Transformer in Cold-Cathode Fluorescent Lamp Driver HUANG Yi-hua ，YANG Zhi ，CHEN Zhi-rui ，SONG Jun-jiang （Department of the Electronic and Communication Engineering ，sun Yat-sen University ，guangzhou ，guangdong 510275 ） Abstract ： When the electro-magnetic transformer is used in the cold cathode fluorescent lamp （CCFL ）driver ， the transformer is very easy to be broken ，the EMI and the power lose is very serious ，and the weight and volume is hard to be minimized. If the electro-magnetic transformer is replaced with the piezoelectric transformer （PT ）in the CCFL driver ，and using the Half-bridge inverter as the input stage using ，the LC circuit as the output stage of the PT ，and to trace the freguency of the PT ，the performance of the CCFL driver can be improved.
