Th is contributed to the p ro sp erity of econom ics , bu t also resu lted in its fundam ental drawback s. The in ternal in tercon nection between economy and politics in real life determ ine s the indisp en sab lene ss of political factors in econom ic re search. A gain st th is background, the new po litical econom y has em erged, wh ich seek s to criticize the a ssump tion s and concep ts of m ain stream econom ics from an in stitu tional and h istorical p ersp ective and recon struct mo st econom ic models.
