· 2323 · · 急 诊 急 救 · 泰州市乡村医生现场急救知识和技能掌握现状分析 姜 俊，殷俊才，金建明，顾友祥，张 鹏 【摘要】 目的 了解泰州市乡村医生现场急救知识和技能掌握现状，为政府在农村建立急救网络提供依据。方 法 采取随机抽样，以问卷形式对泰州市1120名乡村医生进行调查。结果 1120名调查对象中，男655名，女465 名；年龄27～64岁。仅21．2％掌握第一 目击者的含义，18．8％掌握黄金4分钟，29．6％掌握心肺复苏原理，39．1％掌 握心搏、呼吸骤停 的判断。心肺复苏及止血、包扎、搬运、骨折 固定四大技术掌握率分别为 41．2％及 41．O％、 41．2％、41．0％、39．4％。近5年内未参加急救知识培训者 118名 (10．5％)，既往培训≥2次者727名 (64．9％)， 参加急救知识培训的时间≥1周者731名 (65．2％)，愿意再参加急救培训者992名 (82．4％)。最想学的急救项 目前5 项分别为：心肺复苏、固定术、搬运术、‘包扎术、内科急症的急救。结论 乡村医生需要急救理论和技能的培训，急 救培训的重点是急救素质的提高、急救技能的规范和急救知识的更新。 【关键词】 乡村医生；现场急救；知识；数据收集 【中图分类号】R459．7 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007—9572(2012)07—2323-03 StudyonStatusQuoofRuralDoctors’MasteryofFirst—aidKnowledgeandSkillsinTaizhou JIANGJun，YINJun— cai，删 Jian一 ng，eta1．TaizhouPolytechnicCollege，Taizhou225300，China 【Abstract】 Objective Tostudythecurrentsituationoftheruraldoctorsmasteryoffirst—aidknowledgeandskillsin ordertOprovideevidenceforhteestablishmentofemergencynetworkinruraloxeas．M ethods Atotalof1120ruraldoctorsroll— domlysampledweresurveyedinhteofrmofquestionnaires．Results Amongthe1120subjects(male655，female465)，only 21．2％ masteredhtedefinitionof” firstwitness”，18．8％ mastered”goldenfourminutes”，29．6％ masteredeardiopnlmonary resuscitationprincipleand39．1％ masteredhtejudgmentofheartstrokenadrespiratoryangst．Thepercentageofdoctorswho masteredtheskiUsofeardiopulmonaryresuscitation，hemostasis，dressing，casu~tytransportnadfracturefixationWBS41．2％ ， 41．O％，41．2％，41．0％ and39．4％respectively．118subjects(10．5％)didntreceivefirst—aidtraininginthepastfive years．727 (46．9％)subjectsreceivedfirst—aidtrainingtwice．731subjects(65．2％)receivedfirst—aidtrainingovera week．992subjects(82．4％)werewiUingtoreceivefirst—aidtrainingagain．Thetopfivemostneededtrainingprograms were：cardiopulmonaryresuscitation，fixation，transportation，dressin
