工程项目管理中质量管理对策探究摘要:建筑工程是人类生存、生活、工作的重要物质基础，是创造世界、改造世界不可缺少的设施。确保建筑工程的质量，是工程设计、施工、监理、管理中永恒的主题，是设计、施工单位的生命，“百年大计、质量第一”是建筑工程实施中的座右铭。1998年3月1日起实施的《中华人民共和国建筑法》，是中国确保建筑工程质量和安全的国家法律，是建筑界“有法可依、有法必依、执法必严、违法必纠”的依据，使中国建筑工程的实施过程走上制度化、科学化、规范化和法制的道路。 建筑工程质量事故按照造成直接经济损失的大小，可分为重大质量事故、一般质量事故和质量问题三类。在实际工程施工和管理过程中，不少工程质量事故开始往往只表现为一般的质量缺陷，非常容易被忽视，随着时间的推移而会逐步发展，待认识到问题的严重性时，处理起来会更加困难，甚至无法进行补救，导致建筑物倒塌。因此，除了明显地不会产生严重后果的缺陷外，对其他的质量问题均应认真进行分析，找出产生质量问题的原因，采取相应的技术措施，进行严格处理，直至符合有关的质量标准要求。论文从工程管理的重要性、建筑工程质量的特点、分析工程质量事故的基本要求以及对工程质量的意见等几个方面进行了论述。 关键词:重要性、特点、分析要求、意见 Abstract: the construction project is the human survival, life, work the important material base, is to create the world, the transformation world indispensable facilities.
