It can realize new heat treating technique , such as normalizing 、tempering (hearth roller swing) etc. for many kinds of alloy steel piping. The paper mainly introduces the DCS computer automatic control all process , temperature control system , burning control system and mechanical driving system. 　　Key words : DCS computer ; inferior high velocity burner ; photoelectric tube ; hearth roller swing 　　沈阳重型机械设计研究院和沈阳重型工业炉制 1 　前言 造厂 ,于 2000 年 7 月承建该新型钢管燃气辊底式连 续热处理炉的设计和制造任务 ,并于 2000 年 11 月 　　江西洪都钢厂 ,原有两台钢管燃油辊底式连续 份正式投产运行。 热处理炉 ,系 20 世纪 80 年代设备。工艺技术水平 　　该新型钢管燃气辊底式连续热处理炉投产运行 落后 ,炉温不均匀 ,造成产品质量提高受限。且燃油 后 , 明显地提高了产品质量等级和产量 ,产量由原来 能耗指标高
