In this paper, through the in-depth analysis of the present situation of the performance appraisal of faculty and staff in higher vocational colleges, combined with the current higher vocational college assessment methods and the problems encountered, this paper expounds the design and implementation of university performance appraisal management system based on J2EE from the aspects of construction background, construction goal, construction content and system realization and so on.
