华西医学 2017年2月第32卷第2期 • 1 • ·论 著· 子宫腺肌病住院患者费用影响因素分析 顾宇峰，杨国庆 遂宁市中心医院信息科（四川遂宁 629000 ） 【摘要】   目的    探讨影响遂宁城区子宫腺肌病住院费用的关键因素，并针对关键因素采取控制措施。 方法    对 2013 年 12 月—2015 年 12 月遂宁城区医院数据上报系统诊断为子宫腺肌病的患者 583 例，采用帕累托定律对 费用构成的主要原因进行描述，建立神经网络模型分析住院费用影响因素的重要性，并对影响住院费用的重要因 素进行单因素方差分析。 结果    影响患者住院费用的主要因素为住院时间、手术操作、病情状况，其重要性分别 为 0.581、0.175、0.088 。 结论    综合住院费用、住院时间、费用构成比来讲，高强度聚焦超声治疗从治疗费用的角 度来看是目前子宫腺肌病较为合理的治疗方式。 【关键词】  子宫腺肌病；住院费用；帕累托；神经网络 Analysis of key factors which affect uterine adenomyosis hospitalization expense GU Yufeng, YANG Guoqing Department of Information Center, Suining Central Hospital, Suining, Sichuan 629000, P.R.China Corresponding author: YANG Guoqing, Email: 【Abstract 】 Objective    We analyzed the crucial factors which affect the costs of uterine adenomyosis in the hospital in this study. Methods    In this paper, all the patients were 583 cases diagnosed as uterine fibroids in December 2013 to December 2015 in HQMS. The main reason for the fee structure is described by Paretos law. The importance of influencing factors of hospitalization expenses and hospitalization expenses in each important factor were respectively analyzed by the neural network model and single factor analysis. Results    The main factors affecting patients hospitalization expenses includes hospital day, operation technique, illness State, the importance value is 0.581, 0.175, 0.088 respectively. Conclusion    Study on hospitalization expenses and hospitalization days, the fee structure than speaking, high intensity focused ultrasound therapy is more reasonable therapy in the treatment of uterine adenomyosis from the point of view of cost of treatment. 【Key words 】 Uterine adenomyosis; Hospitalization expense; Pareto; Neural network [ 1]
