成人先天性轻度上睑下垂情况调查(武汉铁路中心医院整形美容科　武汉430064) [摘　要]　目的:为了让医师了解轻度上睑下垂的发生率,使其在行重睑成形术时,重视对轻度上睑下垂患者的诊断和处理。方法:对35699例成人进行了该病发生率的调查。用20mm眼睑宽度测量仪配合限制额肌运动的方法确诊,填表登记,并将患者对该病的认识和态度分类统计,结果:该病的发生率为0.23%,其中单侧68.29%,双侧31.71%,结论:轻度上睑下垂的发病率相对较高,医师对于该疾病应予以重视以免误诊误治。调查还表明群众对该病的认识不足,尚需加大医学科普工作的力度。 [关键词]　先天性　轻度上睑下垂　发生率 [中图分类号]R777.1　[文献标识码]A　[文章编号]1008-6455(2000)09-0251-02 A STUDY OF THE INCIDENCE OF THE ADULT MILD CONGENITAL BLEPHAROPTOSIS AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE GOU Qing-fen　ZHU Tian-shen　LI Yun et al Department of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery Wuhan Railway Central Hospital(430064) [Abstract]　Objective:The incidence of the mild congenital blepharoptosis was investigated in 35699 adults,in order to make the surgeon pay more attention to the diagnosis and the managment in the patient with mild congenital blepharoptosis before perform operation of the double eyelid,and made surgeon know the incidence of mild congenital blepharoptosis.　Methods:We diagnosed the mild blepharoptosis with the 20mm measuring strument about width of blepharon while restricting the movement of musculus frontalis,after registering we made statistical analysis of the patients knowlege and attitude to this abnormality.　Results:The incidence of mild blepharoptosis is 0.23%,unilateral 67.29%.bilateral 31.71%.　Conclusion:The mild blepharoptosis is of higher incidence,so the surgeon should make thorough examination and dragnosis.This kind of patients should be paid more attention in case of unproper dragmosis and treatment.And it also showed the lack of knowlege of our mass about this abnormality and the strengthening work to improve that is demanded.
